What to do if Pi checkout is interrupted

Check before paying again

If checkout closes or the connection drops, reopen ClickToPi in Pi Browser and sign in again. The application can check an interrupted payment and confirm whether it completed.

Review your account

Check the active plan in your dashboard. A paid plan activates after the application confirms the completed payment. A closed payment window alone does not tell you whether a transaction completed.

Contact support

If a completed payment has not activated the plan, use the website contact form. Include the plan name, approximate date and transaction reference. Avoid approving another payment solely because the page has not refreshed, and never share your wallet passphrase.
