Information used by ClickToPi

When you sign in with Pi, ClickToPi verifies your Pi identity through Pi's platform and records your Pi user identifier and username to recognise your account. Account records also include selected plans, plan validity, ad activity, internal balance changes and payment or transaction references.

If you contact support, the website form collects the name, email address, subject and message you submit. Include only information needed to explain your request. Do not submit your wallet passphrase, private keys or unnecessary identity documents.

Why this information is processed

These records support account access, payment confirmation, plan activation, ad activity history and the handling of support requests. Sign-in credentials stored by the application are used to authenticate access to your account.

Browser storage

The application uses browser storage for its sign-in token and essential site features. Server-side session information supports forms and site messages. Where permitted by your browser, cookies can support sessions and remember acknowledgement of the storage notice. Clearing storage can require you to sign in again.

Pi services and transaction records

Pi authentication and payment requests are processed through Pi's services. ClickToPi verifies payment information through the Pi platform before activating a paid plan. Pi's own services are governed by their policies. Blockchain transactions have public transaction records; a support request or account request does not remove those records from the blockchain.

Account and privacy requests

Use the website contact form to ask about your ClickToPi account information or request a review, correction or deletion. Requests may require verification of account ownership. Account, activity and payment records are kept to operate the service and handle account or payment issues; this page does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.

Independent service

ClickToPi is an independent service and is not operated or endorsed by the Pi Core Team.
