Review your plan

Before subscribing, review the plan's displayed price, validity period and daily viewing limit. The plan provides advertising access within those limits. It does not guarantee a fixed number of available campaigns, earnings or a return on the plan price.

Pi checkout

Plan payments use the Pi payment flow provided by ClickToPi. Review the Pi amount in checkout before approving the payment. Do not send Pi manually to a wallet address to activate a plan. A paid plan activates only after the application confirms the completed payment.

Interrupted payments

If a payment is interrupted, reopen ClickToPi in Pi Browser and sign in again so the application can check its status. Avoid repeating a payment only because a page has not refreshed. If a completed payment has not activated your plan, contact support through the website contact form with the transaction reference and plan name.

Internal credits and withdrawals

Credits from eligible ad activity are recorded in your internal ClickToPi balance. They are separate from your Pi Wallet and do not automatically create blockchain payments. Automatic Pi withdrawals are not currently available. Where a Pi withdrawal method is enabled, submit a request from Withdraw using your public Pi Wallet address. Review the displayed limits, fees and payout amount. Requests are reviewed and paid manually: Pending changes to Paid only after an administrator records the completed transfer. Rejected requests return the reserved amount to your internal balance. Never share your wallet passphrase or private key. Do not purchase a plan on the assumption that internal credits will be paid to your wallet.

Payment questions

Use the website contact form to request a review of a payment or plan issue. Include its transaction reference and a description of the issue. The application does not offer an automatic refund control. Do not share your wallet passphrase or private keys with support.

Independent service

ClickToPi is an independent service that integrates Pi sign-in and plan payments. It is not operated or endorsed by the Pi Core Team.
