ClickToPi connects your account through Pi sign-in and uses Pi checkout for plan payments. Review requests in the Pi flow before you approve them.

Information support does not need

Never send your wallet passphrase, private keys or sign-in token through the ClickToPi contact form, chat or a public comment. A payment issue can be reviewed using its transaction reference and a description of the problem.

Shared devices

Log out when you finish using a shared device. Clearing browser storage removes the application's saved sign-in token and can require another Pi sign-in.
